GTSAM 2.3.0 Release!

Just in time for talks at ICRA 2013, we released a new version of GTSAM incorporating work from the last year. Updates include performance improvements, a variety of new factors, and utilities for multi-robot use, including map summarization and means to inject linearized factors into a nonlinear system.
